Product Information

Daniel Knox spent much of his childhood in his grandad's workshop, where he learned how to make and build things. Now, Daniel has a BSc in Computer Science (First Class) and for his day-job, he manages the running of 'The Shed', an open access workshop at the University of Kent that provides space and machinery for students to make and build things. In his free time Daniel helps run TinkerSoc, a student society where people build, hack and (sometimes) blow things up. Tinkersoc's antics have included creating a choir of singing Furbies, building 'spud' cannons and engaging in ant-weight robot wars.
