Steve McCurry is an iconic voice in contemporary photography. A member of Magnum Photos, he has created stunning images on six continents and countless countries. His work spans conflicts, vanishing cultures, ancient traditions and contemporary culture alike, always retaining the human element. McCurry has been recognized with the Robert Capa Gold Medal and National Press Photographers Award. William Dalrymple is a historian, art historian, curator, broadcaster and critic. His book White Mughals: Love & Betrayal in Eighteenth-Century India won the 2001 Wolfson Prize for History, and The Last Mughal won the 2007 Duff Cooper Memorial Prize for History and Biography.
