When Kjartan was young he used to play pianos, present tv science shows and invent puzzles. After that he wrote the Murderous Maths books along with lots of other books about magic, space and pants. Then when he got old, a girl called Agatha Parrot started telling him about life at Odd Street School, so now he just types it all out and that's why you're reading this. He has two old pinball tables, about seven guitars and lots of dangerous old music synthesisers and can't play any of them.
